RESPONSIBILTIES AND DUTIES
- Primary duties include: Meeting clients, phone calls, regular follow up not limited to email correspondence and updating system regularly
- Consult with clients to discuss their real estate goals and guiding them for right investment according to their needs
- Reply to leads in a timely fashion
- Attend team related obligations
- Be up to date and knowledgeable in the pre-construction, resale and rental market
- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Has a real estate license
- Should be available to work full time.
